WE ARE PROUD THE ZGiRLS CURRICULUM™
DELIVERS PROVEN RESULTS
It’s hard, but we love sharing with all of the parents and guardians in our programs that they are not alone. In registration for the year 2023, we asked all of them a question about their observations. We asked, “in your opinion, what has your daughter experienced trouble with…”
72% of them said their daughter struggles with comparison
91% of them said confidence
70% of them said conflict resolution
65% of them said reaching their goals
One of the reasons we ask this question in registration is because we address every single one of these challenges and we give concrete tools and strategies to navigate each one. After their daughter’s participate in our programs we saw an increase in the following areas!
GROWTH FROM FAILURE
93% of girls said they now see their failures as opportunities to grow
CULTIVATE INNER STRENGTH
94% of girls said they have the strength to overcome difficult situations
INCREASE IN CONFIDENCE
83% of caretakers notice a significant increase in their child's confidence
EACH WEEK WE ASK THE GIRLS WHAT THEY LEARN ABOUT THEMSELVES
After Week 1, the girls shared:
I learned that even if I don't have confidence NOW i could always learn to HAVE confidence its all in my brainset. Whatever i think about myself will stay. Having a positive mindset inspires you.
I am capable of more than I think, and I can do anything I can put my mind to. I shouldn't doubt myself, because I am strong and amazing.
I learned that in order to have a growth mindset I need to be able to tell myself that it will get better it just takes time and confidence.
I learned that there are people that go thought some struggles like me and it helps me not feel alone.
I learned that i can change my thought process and mindset.
I can be who I am and I don't have to be perfect to be me. I also learned i can have a growth mindset.
After Week 2, the girls shared:
I really like trying to better myself.
I need to believe in myself not take beliefs from others.
That my self-worth can only be found within me and not determined by others.
I am worth my time and it’s ok to be positive about myself, don’t be afraid to be positive
I need to build my own self worth and not worry about what others think of me.
MAKE MY SELF PROUD!!! BE YOU!!!!!!!
That I put myself down too much and need to stop focusing on what others think and need to focus what i think and want to think and i shouldn't give up so easily.
That im perfect just the way I am! Other comments and thoughts about me don't define who I am.
I define my self worth nobody else does.
After Week 3, the girls shared:
The most important thing I learned about myself today was that its okay to fail, just learn from it.
I learned that if you fail that does not mean that it describes who you are so if you fail then get up and learn from it and win!
That I shouldn't be controlled by something by the past and that I am able to overcome it if I try.
That I can speak up and be brave to get past my fears and come out of my shell.
FAILING does not make me a FAILURE!!! I can always grow from FAILING!
I am brave and fearless to do whatever I put my mind to.
To always be yourself and learn from the mistakes we make.
I learned that we can learn from failures which is a boost to our successes.
After Week 4, the girls shared:
I learned about confidence in myself.
My favorite part was how they taught me to be myself and make sure that I know I’m important.
My favorite part about Z-girls is being able to express yourself without judgment.
It has helped me learn how to express my feelings in a better way and to see other people’s perspectives.
I liked when they helped me get out there and express my opinions without any judging.
My favorite part was how it made me feel after every lesson.
I learned to be confident in myself.
I learned to be able to express myself without judgment.
I loved being in this group. It has given me so much confidence.

WE APPRECIATE YOU - the ZGiRLS TEAM
“I really loved seeing my daughter start putting ideas she learned during the program into practice in her life! I feel like it was a great 'reset' to help shift her thinking before going back to school this fall.”
“My daughter really enjoyed the 'safe' community in which to share her experiences, thoughts, fears, etc.”
“My daughter shared that she learned a lot and feels more confident expressing herself.”
“ZGiRLS is an incredible program with strong positive role models that can help provide the tools our kids need to not just survive, but to thrive in today's world and help build the future for tomorrow. They’ve helped build resilience based on real, relatable experiences and reinforce the messages we want to share with our soon to be teens, so they don’t hear it “just” from their parents. Zero Limitations!”
“My daughter has struggled so much since the pandemic so I have worried about her mental well being. The ZGiRLS program being online allowed my daughter to open up more and explore with an open mind without feeling "judged". I feel any exposure to a positive environment will always help plant a seed for a growth mindset. Meeting the guest speakers, all very successful ladies, and hear that they too have difficult moments to work through and how they get through them is a great example for the girls.”
PARENTS
“Hearing from others that what they are experiencing is also what some others are experiencing. The tips to help with some of the topics that were relevant to her.”
“I highly recommend the ZGIRLS Confidence Program! It really helped my daughter feel heard and supported by a group a peers, as well as understood by positive role models who have overcome many of the obstacles tweens face every day. I could see her starting to think differently and feel differently about things both within and outside of her control. This program is definitely worth every minute.”
