Learn mindset skills from the best in the world

In the ZGiRLS Confidence Program, your child will meet a team of world-class female athletes. We like to call these women our Champions.

A Champion joins our ZGiRL facilitator every week to share stories of overcoming self-doubt and challenges along her path to success. Together, they lead participants through the week’s ZGiRLS Curriculum™ focus.

Regardless of your daughter’s athletic interests, these inspiring role models will teach her that she is not alone in her struggles.

Our Champions prove that with resilience and by focusing on what you can control, it’s really possible to live with zero self-limitations.

FAQs

How does the online program work?

Our online program brings girls together in a supportive group setting over Zoom, led by a trained facilitator and featuring a different inspiring female athlete each week. Sessions include a live chat where ZGiRLS connect, share, and engage in real time. Plus, every girl receives a ZGiRLS Mindset Journal in the mail to guide her through each lesson.

What is my child is shy or hesitant to participate?

It’s completely normal for girls to feel nervous before starting something new! The ZGiRLS Confidence Program is a judgment-free, supportive space where girls can engage at their own pace. Girls’ cameras stay off the entire time, so there’s no pressure to be on screen. Many start by just listening and gradually gain confidence to share in the live chat.

Our trained facilitators ensure every girl feels seen, supported, and included from day one.

How do I know this program is right for my child?

A lot of times, girls aren’t even aware of—or ready to admit—how much they’re struggling. If you notice your daughter struggling with self-doubt, perfectionism, or fear of failure, ZGiRLS can help her build the tools to trust herself, take on challenges, and advocate for herself.

Does my child need to be an athlete?

Not at all! The ZGiRLS community is for girls of all backgrounds, whether they see themselves as athletes or not. While world-class female athletes share their experiences in the program, their stories of self-doubt, resilience, and growth are relatable to everyone. Every girl belongs here and will gain valuable mental skills to build confidence in all areas of life.

What if my child is outside the ages of 11-14?

The ZGiRLS Curriculum™ was created alongside psychologists to support the unique challenges girls face during adolescence. While the program is designed for ages 11-14, we know every girl’s journey is different. If your child is outside this range, reach out to us at programs@zgirls.org before registering—we’d love to help you determine if it’s the right fit!

Is financial assistance available?

Yes! We believe every girl deserves access to confidence-building tools, regardless of financial circumstances. Thanks to generous donors, we offer program scholarships to families who need it. The scholarship application is included in our Registration Form.
