DEVELOP A GROWTH MINDSET
Self-confidence begins with a mindset that success is possible with effort and hard work. Your child will learn to notice how their self-talk and emotions can control their actions.

Your child will build an understanding that they are worthy of success and belonging. They don’t have to lean on acceptance of others to know they are worthy.

Obstacles, mistakes, and failures are guaranteed to happen in life. Your child will learn to embrace them instead of not taking action in order to avoid them.

Speaking up can be hard. Your child will be equipped with strategies to communicate her needs, confront conflict, and build healthy relationships.
