Helping girls replace self-doubt with self-worth.
Girls aren’t born doubting themselves—somewhere along the way, they start to.
We believe confidence is a skill—and every girl deserves the chance to build it. With the right support, they can return to who they truly are: confident, courageous, and self-assured.
THE ZGiRLS CURRICULUM™ DELIVERS PROVEN RESULTS
We don’t guess—we measure. Our impact is intentional. We obsess over outcomes and center the voices of the girls we serve, ensuring every program is shaped by real data and real experiences.
GROWTH FROM FAILURE
93% of girls said they now see their failures as opportunities to grow
CULTIVATE INNER STRENGTH
94% of girls said they have the strength to overcome difficult situations
INCREASE IN CONFIDENCE
83% of caretakers notice a significant increase in their child's confidence

GIRLS SHOULDN’T HAVE TO FEEL ALONE IN THEIR CHALLENGES
As a former U.S. Ski Team member and coach, Jilyne Jarvis saw first-hand how young girls were negatively affected by their self-doubt and unhelpful self-talk. She searched for an organization that could help improve their self-esteem, but found none.
Determined to fill this gap, she co-founded The ZGiRLS Foundation to give girls the mental skills they need to knock down any internal barriers that hold them back from pursuing their dreams and passions. With the help of psychologists, the ZGiRLS Curriculum™ was built to equip girls with the power of confidence.
Now, girls never have to feel like they’re the only ones who struggle with the feelings of self-doubt or comparison. They have ZGiRLS.
The ZGiRLS Foundation is the only nonprofit where middle school girls learn proven psychology-based methods from female professional athletes and Olympians.
OUR MISSION
ZGiRLS equips girls with the tools and perspective they need to be confident, centered, and courageous.
OUR VISION
ZGiRLS creates a world where all girls and women live with zero self-limitations.
MEET OUR CHAMPIONS
Our mentors are Olympians and professional athletes who co-lead the program. By sharing their own stories of self-doubt, pressure, failure, and resilience, they make confidence feel relatable and achievable. After all, no one is immune to insecurity—not even world-class athletes. That’s what makes their presence so powerful. They don’t just teach the ZGiRLS Curriculum™—they live it.
