As the Partnerships & Sponsorships Officer at ZGiRLS, you’ll play a vital role in securing financial and strategic partnerships to sustain and grow our impactful programs. By crafting compelling proposals and building strong relationships with sponsors and grantors, your work will directly support our mission to empower girls nationwide.

As our Program Coordinator, you won’t just be joining our team, you’ll become the vital bridge supporting the world of middle school girls, their passionate parents/caregivers, and our volunteers.

As a ZGiRLS Program Facilitator, you will lead the transformative ZGiRLS Online Confidence Program, guiding and inspiring young girls alongside our ZGiRLS Mentors who are inspirational female athletes. This role demands a passion for teaching, a knack for engaging discussions, and a commitment to empowering the next generation with confidence and resilience.

Our board plays a pivotal role in steering our organization towards greater impact and ensuring we stay true to our vision and mission. They are also intricately involved in shaping the strategic, generative, and fiduciary direction of the organization.
