You will bring together strategic thinking, systems development, and program scaling to expand our reach and impact. Currently serving 1,500 girls annually, our goal is to scale to 10,000 girls per year and ultimately reach 100,000. You’ll lead efforts to create scalable systems, manage program development, and cultivate a culture of creativity, joy, and empowerment. • Strategically Grow and Expand Programs
Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the Executive Director to ensure program expansion aligns with ZGiRLS' mission. Leverage technological solutions to improve scalability and accessibility.

  • Evaluate Program impact

Share findings with staff, board, donors, and funders to ensure alignment with goals, drive program enhancements, and demonstrate measurable impact.

  • Expand and Manage Program Partnerships
Build strategic partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and community organizations to extend program reach. Cultivate relationships with athletes, community leaders, and key stakeholders to support growth.
