FALL PROGRAMS
IMPACT REPORT
This fall, ZGiRLS has made significant strides in empowering middle school girls by expanding our reach to both Central and Eastern Time Zones, allowing us to serve even more girls across the country. We reached our capacity of 600 girls, demonstrating the growing demand for our transformative programs.
With your support, we've been able to help these girls build the confidence, resilience, and self-belief they need to navigate life’s challenges. Explore how your support is making a lasting impact and how, together, we can expand our reach to even more girls in need of empowerment.

Massive Boost in High Confidence
By the end of the program, more girls reached the highest confidence levels across every aspect of the curriculum. Notable increases include:
118% increase in girls feeling fully confident in their abilities.
103% increase in girls with a strong, positive self-image.
109% increase in self-belief, showing that our lessons on self-worth have a lasting impact.
Reduction in Low Confidence
Fewer participants left the program feeling unsure or insecure.
We saw a 90% reduction in girls who felt little or no confidence in their abilities.
An 80% reduction in low confidence indicates that the program effectively supports girls in moving away from insecurity.
Each session’s focus on building from small successes to greater achievements reinforces a steady, fun, and empowering path away from self-doubt.
28 STATES
THE ZGiRLS CONFIDENCE PROGRAM WORKS.
Starting with a growth mindset and ending with self-advocacy, our program curriculum covers essential skills that help girls recognize their strengths and value. Each week builds on the last, beginning with self-belief and resilience, moving through challenges, and concluding with tools for standing up for themselves. With each session, we see a gradual shift in how they view themselves, culminating in transformative growth by the end of the program. Here’s what our data tells us:
MEET THE FALL ZGiRLS MENTORS
Each week, girls get to learn the ZGiRLS Curriculum™ from volunteer mentors - who are Olympic or professional female athlete - and these mentors share their personal journeys of overcoming adversity and achieving success, offering a powerful mirror to the limitless potential in each girl.

If you could give another girl advice on how to step into her confidence, what you would you tell her?
After the program, we ask every ZGiRLS to give advice to a future ZGiRL.
You are beautiful and wonderfully made. You should be happy about yourself.
Failure is Fuel.
To trust yourself and the real you is the best version of you.
Be yourself girl, you know how you want to be and try your best because some day you will reach the goal.
I would tell her that even when things are hard you can get through and it is ok to fail or not know.
Don't think of yourself in terms of others and in comparison to the people around you. You are meant to be an individual. Embrace it!
