GIVE GIRLS THE GIFT OF CONFIDENCE
In the U.S., 70% of teen girls report that they don’t believe in themselves, and 2 out of 3 say they feel pressure to be perfect.
Your donation can change that.
The online ZGiRLS Confidence Program combines the power of mentorship with the ZGiRLS Curriculum™, developed by psychologists and mental health specialists, to transformative results.
In order to expand critical programming resources in 2024, we must raise $25,000 by the end of the year.
Know that your donation will go toward new volunteer training, increasing participant capacity, awarding more scholarships, and more.
A gift of $129 sponsors a full scholarship, granting one more girl access to this life-changing experience without any financial barrier.
Your generosity fuels our programs, ensuring that 80% of ZGiRLS can participate at no cost. Every dollar helps.

Our 2023 End-of-Year Giving Campaign: If She Can See It, She Can Be It celebrates the inspirational impact of ZGiRLS learning from our volunteer mentors.
These mentors — Olympic and professional female athletes — not only serve as role models but also as “Champions,” aka truth tellers of what it really takes to reach a goal. They hold up a mirror to young girls so that they too can see themselves as capable of overcoming challenges.
How do you bounce back from failure? How do you develop a growth mindset? How should you speak up for yourself?
These skills are game-changing whether or not you play a sport.
THE PROBLEM IS, RECENT STUDIES SHOW:
of teen girls feel persistent sadness or hopelessness
teen girls have contemplated suicide
of teen girls don’t believe in themselves
These issues don't simply disappear with age—they carry into adulthood, undermining girls’ potential and limiting their contributions to society.
ZGiRLS addresses these challenges by nurturing confidence in young girls between the ages of 11-14, a formative period when intervention can prevent the long-term impacts of poor self-esteem.
By establishing a strong foundation for lifelong mental wellness, our program aims to change these trends and unlock the full potential of the next generation.
THE ZGiRLS CONFIDENCE PROGRAM IMPACT:
in girls who reported feeling confident in their abilities after the program
of caretakers saw a noticeable increase in their child’s confidence
